Instead of using harmful chemicals, we use a 100% eco-friendly low pressure / high volume cleaning that is safe for your landscaping and property. We use plastic tarps to cover any object that cannot be moved, while using a filtration scheme, so your gutters and drainage system will not clog. Any dirty runoff will be rinsed of your property completely.

After your roof has been cleaned, the tile's pores are exposed and ready to be treated. If left untreated, moss and algae will reappear fast then before. TileGUARD contains a polymer dispersion sealer that penetrates deep into the pores, protecting your roof from UV rays while allowing the tiles to expand and contract with the heat and the cold. TileGUARD's sealer also waterproofs the tile giving it positive moisture protection, while allowing the tile to "breathe". TileGUARD also includes a 100% acrylic based color pigment that is available in a variety of colors that will make your roof look like new. To help fight against organic growth, TileGUARD contains a Biocide that protects your tile roof from the elements, while adding years to the finish.
